Personal Profile

Over the course of my career as an umpire and appraiser, I have rendered awards on over 1,800 different cases. The cases I have been involved with range from residential to commercial, thousands of dollars to multi-millions, and minor damage to catastrophic losses. My vast experience in the claims industry, as well as my continuing education has provided me with a wealth of experience to act as umpire for a wide variety of properties and types of losses. This includes but is not limited to cases for single family residences, multi family residences, condominium associations, individual condominium units, apartment complexes, hotels, automotive facilities, entertainment facilities, medical facilities, warehouses, manufacturing, retail storefronts, funeral homes, municipal property, schools, daycare facilities, farms, ranches, restaurants, and office buildings.

• Specializes in the appraisal process as the named umpire whether selected by the appraisers or appointed by the courts.
• Concludes residential and commercial appraisals in accordance with the appraisal provision of the insurance policy.

• Developed a Cat team with a roster of 600+ plus field adjusters and 20 file examiners.
• Managed and directed all aspects of catastrophe events throughout the US.
